Niharika Hukku merges delicate porcelains and work of fish in her work. The drawings are pretty detailed, and coloured as usually as not. Whereas many fish make look in her works, the koi stand out, although that is likely to be my very own bias: I’ve seen koi swarm within the moats of Japanese castles, and it’s fairly a sight.
Niharika Hukku has spent over a decade as an illustrator. Now, she works with porcelain and paper. “I attempt to specific my observations in nature and the depth of its magnificence in my work,” she wrote on Bored Panda. “I’m drawn to portray fish as they create gentle and motion in my work.”
